Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment to be an apartment maintenance tech.
Responsibilities:
Duties may include (this list is not all-inclusive):
- Electrical.
- Plumbing.
- Boiler Maintenance.
- General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work.
- Tenant work orders as needed.
- Grounds maintenance/cleaning.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Supply your own tools (we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you).
- Available to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
- Experience necessary.
- High attention to detail.
- Great customer service.
- Must be able to cost-effectively analyze work needed and problem solve.
- Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
- General inventory of supplies and ordering.

- Monday to Friday.
- On-call rotation.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required).
